Refund Policy

At Sew Blessed by Jessi, we create each item with love and care, and many of our products are personalized or custom-made. Because of the handmade and customized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom embroidered products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

This policy is meant to protect the integrity of handmade work, maintain high standards, and ensure clarity for all customers. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it fairly and kindly. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if you believe there is a problem with your item.

What to include in the Refund Policy

• Custom Orders: All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where an error has been made by us (e.g., incorrect name or design).

• Ready-to-Ship Items: May be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us at hello@sewblessedbyjessi.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and your order number.

• Refunds (if applicable): If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered the production stage.​
